In 2025, we once again attended several career and recruiting events to connect with students and young talents, and to talk about Performance Engineering, load testing, and career opportunities at triscon IT-Services.
IT Futures Linz
Career Fair | Autumn 2025
In autumn 2025, we were present at the IT Futures career fair in Linz – one of Austria’s key events for IT talent.
At our booth, visitors learned more about our work in performance engineering, cloud-native systems, and load testing, and explored entry opportunities at triscon IT-Services.
A special highlight was the talk by Sebastian Miksch, who shared practical insights into performance testing and demonstrated how companies can prepare their systems early for real-world load scenarios.
The many engaging conversations showed once again the strong interest in scalable systems and modern cloud technologies.

Career Fair | Autumn 2025
We were also part of the FH>>next career fair at FH Hagenberg in 2025.
Our colleagues Sebastian Miksch and Carina Konrad had many great conversations with students from software engineering and DevOps backgrounds.
We were particularly impressed by the students’ curiosity and motivation to learn more about real-world IT projects and everyday work in performance engineering.
