About Roman
Roman is a passionate software developer with an MSc in astrophysics and many years’ experience in performance engineering.
As a former software developer with an MSc in astrophysics, Roman has always been drawn to complex problems. After several years in software development, he founded triscon in 2018, a company where everyone is fully dedicated to all aspects of performance engineering.
In recent years, he has led the company to the forefront of Application Performanc and, together with his team, has helped drive forward the latest approaches in performance monitoring and performance testing, as well as automated test design and the Integration von Performance Tests in CI/CD Pipelines.
Roman is an active member of the Performance Advisory Council (PAC) and a regular speaker at conferences.
